Common questions

Do I need an account to buy raffle tickets?
No — you can buy as a guest. But creating a free account gives you push notifications, ticket history, and instant win alerts. It takes 30 seconds.
How do I get paid as an operator?
Payments go directly to your PayFast merchant account — LekkerRaffle never holds your funds. You need a free PayFast account. See the PayFast setup guide.
What does LekkerRaffle charge operators?
R1 per ticket sold, invoiced every 30 days. There are no setup fees or monthly fees — you only pay when tickets sell.
How does the draw work? Is it fair?
The winner is selected server-side using a cryptographically random algorithm. The spin wheel is purely visual. Every draw generates a verifiable SHA-256 commitment — operators can share the draw proof so anyone can verify the result.
What happens if a raffle is cancelled?
All confirmed buyers are automatically refunded via PayFast. Refunds appear within 3–5 business days. If a PayFast refund fails, the operator can issue store credit instead.
How do I become an operator?
Download the LekkerRaffle Operator app and tap Need access? Request an account. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. See the Getting Access guide.
