Tap the shared link
Tap the link shared by the organiser (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). It opens the raffle details — prize, ticket price, how many are left.

Fill in your details & choose tickets
Enter your name and email, choose how many tickets (up to 50), and tap Buy. Bundle deals adjust the price automatically.

Pay via PayFast
Secure payment via PayFast. You'll get a confirmation email with your unique ticket codes immediately.

Create a free account — tap the Account tab → Create account.
You'll get push notifications for draw results and new raffles.
See your full ticket history in one place.

🏆 When you win

You get a push notification + email immediately after the draw.
Your ticket card shows a gold WON badge.
The operator contacts you to arrange your prize delivery.
Once you receive it, tap the link in the "prize dispatched" email to confirm receipt and leave a review — no app needed.

💰 Store credit

If an operator issues you store credit, it only works on that same operator's raffles. Look for the "Use credit" toggle when buying tickets. Credits don't expire.

💸 Refunds

If a raffle is cancelled, you get a full PayFast refund within 3–5 business days. No action needed on your end.
