Quick Start — LekkerRaffle Operator

💳 Step 1 — Link PayFast

Get your credentials

Log in at payfast.co.za → Integration → Merchant details → copy your Merchant ID and Merchant Key.

Enter them in the app

Tap Settings ⚙️ → PayFast Setup → enter your credentials → tap Save & link account.

1	Raffles tab	Tap the green + button (bottom right)
2	Fill in details	Title, prize, ticket price, max tickets
3	Prize photo	Optional but strongly recommended — tap Add prize photo
4	Visibility	Leave on Private to start — share to your own audience first
5	Create	Tap Create Raffle
6	Share link	Open the raffle → tap Share raffle link → send to WhatsApp

Open the raffle to see ticket holders and revenue in real time.

Switch to Public once you have momentum — sends a push to all platform buyers.

Edit title, prize, photo, or bundle deal anytime via the ✏️ pencil icon.

Open raffle → tap Draw Winner → confirm

Cannot be undone. Winner is picked server-side — the spin wheel is purely visual.

Save screenshot + upload video

Tap Save & Share Screenshot then Upload Draw Video (select your screen recording). Buyers can watch it in the app.

Winner is notified automatically

Push notification + email sent to the winner and all participants instantly.

Deliver the prize

Contact the winner and get the prize to them.

Mark prize as sent

Tap 🎁 Mark Prize as Sent on the raffle screen. The winner is notified to confirm receipt.

Get your review

Winner leaves a star rating + comment — appears publicly on your raffle page and builds trust for future draws.

R1 per ticket sold, invoiced every 30 days. Pay via Settings → Invoices. Overdue invoices lock your account.
